If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing our copyright agent with:

• Identification of the material and its location before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
• Your consent to jurisdiction of federal district court

Repeat Infringer Policy

We will terminate user accounts that are determined to be repeat infringers. Users who repeatedly post infringing material will have their access permanently revoked.

Fair Use Guidelines

We support fair use of copyrighted material. Before filing a DMCA notice, please consider whether the use might be protected under fair use doctrine, which allows limited use for purposes such as:
